SCAD - Revisited...

So apparently, SCAD isn't out of the picture yet.. there's another option on the table where I can apply as a transfer undergraduate student and then after a year in that, re apply as a graduate. That sounds like a plan. and this summer, I can go to IHOP and do the Fire In The Night Program there (that means every night from 12:00 AM till 6:00 AM I'm in the prayer room. Yeah. it's THAT awesome. Of course, I sleep from 6am till about 2 pm, get up and do stuff then, but yeah.. it's gonna be a goood summer. although... I MIGHT miss The Call DC, and I'll have to miss one day or so to come back to the ATL for my roomie's wedding (w00t w00t).

anyway.. A paper is calling my name.... and I see the end in sight... w000.

Soo I subscribe to the Onething Podcast. Every week Dwayne Roberts puts up an interview with someone from the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. welll.. I haven't started listening to them until recently, and on Jan. 17th, 2007, Jennifer Roberts (Co-host and wife of Dwayne Roberts) interviewed Alisha Powell, and the conversation drifted towards her idea on her getting married. She had this to say:

"I long to do the thing that God has called me to do. and in the place of marriage, what I would hope would be my story is that I would be running with all my strength after what God has called me to do, and I look over one day and there's someone running with me."

I just thought that was an awesome way to think of it, and wanted to share it.
